WHAT IS A LIFE COACH?
It's a personal guide on your self-exploration journey. A life coach is a non-judgmental, unbiased, trained and certified professional who listens to you intently and asks deep questions so you can uncover the truth to the answers we all have deep inside of ourselves.
HOW MY STORY BEGAN
When our daughter, Harley, was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at seven and a half months old, it rocked our world and turned it upside down. I felt I was in a black hole, never to emerge again. After a miraculous mere 48 hours, I saw the light, grabbed for it and never let go. I became deeply invested not in illness, but in wellness in mind, body & soul. On my journey I found many truths in the light and have lived there ever since. Our children were brought up with the same healing attitude and a perspective to see the bigger picture in the tapestry of our lives. We changed the way we looked at things and the things we looked at changed. Our daughter who got married during Covid is now 34 and expecting their first child in June 2022, and is a testament to living in that light.
HOW I COACH
All my coaching sessions are over the phone, not on Zoom or Skype. The reason for this is so I can fully support you without any distractions in manifesting your desires. If I hear something in your voice or language that sparks an intuitive thought, I’m likely to ask you about it. Often, it is the small moments that bring about BIG shifts.
Each new client receives a free 30 minute chat to see if coaching is for them. Going forward the sessions last 50 minutes to 60 minutes, depending on which package you choose.
Together we create more empowerment for you to affect meaningful, lasting change and take dynamic actions toward becoming all you can become. The relationship between a coach and client is Co-Creative, meaning we are equal partners and both have an active role.
